What this isn’t

Since we run a consultancy, our work is expected to meet business needs, so this isn’t “coaching” in the traditional sense of the word. But you’ll probably get a lot out of it, too, due to your being a person.

Our work also isn’t the sort of design consulting that would qualify as executive theater. There are plenty of places that can do that for you, and they both charge more and make you less. In addition, we expect the outcomes of our work to be measured.

Finally, because this is a design consultancy, and because design is fundamentally qualitative in nature, if you’re a “dashboard bro” who wants me to look at rafts of numbers, this won’t be a good fit. I work from the more emotional, intuitive side of consulting, which is where the real insight exists around why people buy from you. You’ll learn a lot more than any numbers can tell you.
