We worked with sleep accessory brand Manta Sleep for a year and a half, helping them through a major retheme, running dozens of experiments, optimizing both pricing & messaging. Our win rate ended up over 36% by the time we wrapped up our work, and our metrics remained durable, with ARPU consistently over 9.9%.

We worked on the launches of two major product lines, improving conversion rate for their white noise machines by over 20% and improving conversion rate for their new earplugs by over 15% during two sellout periods.

Our interviews helped us understand how to position Manta against lower-priced copycats in a crowded market. In doing so, we helped them find more customers and grow via word of mouth.

We also managed BFCM testing for their 2025 season – and along with our prior fixes, we increased conversion rate by 29% year-over-year, making this Manta’s most successful BFCM season yet.

Finally, we coordinated with the team for several months on an end-to-end redesign that launched towards the conclusion of our work together. Conversion rate & ARPU instantly ticked upward, proving that the “local maximum” problem is addressable with research & deep optimization.
